Description: Discussed the adaptive control system in multi-level personnel control in order to recruit a few as the control volume, are given so that personnel tracking system, as far as possible an ideal state of the adaptive control strategy. It is the purpose of the paper to point out the meaning of applying adaptive control to social-economic system and discuss the adaptive control in application to multi-graded manpower system.With recruitment as a control variable, we put forward the adaptive control strategy to keep the manpower system following the ideal ones.
