Description: Flash is built into a status register (Status Register, SR) to indicate the status of Flash s current work and the success of the operation. To read the current value of SR need to CUI command sent Reading Status Register (Read Status Register), the command code is 0x70, SR content will be DQ [7:0] on output. The Read Status Register (0x70) command causes subsequent reads to output data from the SR until another command is issued. The SR bits are output on DQ [7:0].
