Description: Abstract 】 this paper introduces the AT89S51 as the core of the design of the temperature controller, with high precision in the design of the electric heating boiler temperature sensor AD590 temperature real-time accurate measurement, high precision with ultra-low temperature drift operational amplifier OP07 temperature - voltage signal is amplified and then into 12 AD574A to carry on the A/D conversion, so as to realize automatic detection, real-time display and the limit alarm. The control part adopts PID algorithm to update PWM control output parameters in real time, control the control time of the controlled silicon, and finally realize the high precision control of furnace temperature.
