Run build.bat file to compile and UsingAspRuntime.exe procedures 2. UsingAspRuntime.exe procedures run and in the File Name input directory empty aspx file name, such as test0.aspx. At this point the procedure will call the asp.net runtime will compile test0.aspx and return html.
