Description: : In recent years, vector graphics technology, advanced by leaps and bounds, especially W3C (World Wide Web Czmsortium)- ~- an open scalable vector graphics (SVG) standard. Various software applications are an attempt to optimize their application of SVG format graphical user interface. This paper introduces the two basic graphics theory, an analysis of a series of features of SVG, and studied the application of SVG Optimize communication network management graphical user interface.
