Description: DibImage is a set of Borland C++Builder classes for use in manipulating and displaying machine vision image data. They are targeted at users who need to manipulate images at the pixel level and hence DibImage is very useful in image processing applications.
C++Builder contains an image component which is very useful for displaying images, but it does not allow quick and easy access to the pixels of the image or the image s palette. DibImage allows you to directly manipulate the pixels of the image and it also allows direct manipulation of the color palette.
To gain speed, DibImage allows you to decide when the control should be repainted. This way, if you change several pixels in one operation, you can have the control repainted after all pixels are changed rather than after each individual pixel change.
DibImage is compatible with Borland C++Builder version 4.
