This program requires a PHP3 enabled webserver and MySQL installed. Configure everything
with the config.php3 file, contained in the distribution.
You should alter the header.php3 file to suit your taste.

Please make sure your nominated MySQL database in config.php3 has a table in it, as
outlined in table_format (contained in the distribution tarball).
