Description: create the font for the specified typeface (e.g. "Arial", "Times New Roman",...), with a specific height and weight (the weight specifies the thickness of the font). Once the font has been created successfully, you can call DrawText to draw the text contained in strText on the screen at the position specified by XPos and YPos, with the specified RGB color (fRed, fGreen and fBlue)
