Description: The included files are TIFF "tool" programs distributed with libtiff.
The programs were built with libtiff 3.5.4, for Windows 95/98/NT/2000.
Note that the library was built with a minimal default set of compression
options. In particular, Deflate and JPEG compression is not enabled in
this binary distribution. If you want to control the configuration please
download the full source distribution from http://www.libtiff.org .
