Description: MPEG-4 is a set for audio, video compression coding standard by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) subsidiary' s " Moving Picture Experts Group" (Moving Picture Experts Group, or MPEG) to develop, the first an edition in October 1998 passed, the second edition in December 1999 adopted. MPEG-4 format, the primary purpose is to online streaming and CD distribution, voice transmission (video phone), as well as television broadcasting.
