Description: we investigate a new blind adaptive fractionally-spaced TEQ (FS-TEQ) for multicarrier systems in order to reduce efficiently intersymbol interference. We also exploit the cyclic prefix and fractionally-spaced TEQ to create a blind adaptive globally convergent channel-shortening algorithm.
