Description: In Win32, you can be achieved using two kinds of programming serial communication, one is to use the ActiveX control, this approach procedures are simple, but not flexible. The second is to call the API function of Windows, this approach can clearly grasp the serial communication mechanism, and the freedom and flexibility. This paper, we introduce only the part of the serial communication API.
