Description: recently i was told to write a program, using vc++. during the course, i have had substantial amount of reading related to MFCC. i found that not all people who once wrote MFCC had understood correctly it. using some data in the MFCC program of matlab, i wrote this program.
but i did not compare the result of this program with that of matlab
