Description: VR_TimeCastSrvr.c multicast secure communications to demonstrate the source file (sources file) one.* The implementation time for the Multicast server (the time the sender), can be used for 1 ms ~ 1 second multicast group* Low precision time synchronization.* Correspond with the time server program is customer (receiver) side VR_TimeCastClnt.c.* When VR_TimeCastSrvr into the running, the other members of the multicast group can only run VR_TimeCastClnt* to have security under the use of multicast communication for low-accuracy time synchronization.
