Description: This paper introduces application of the shift register chip 74HC595 are realizing that LED the static and dynamic basic principle. Puts forward a kind of more than realizing 74HC595 LED display new methods. For the system hardware and software described in detail. Actual application shows that this method is simple and convenient connections, and can be used for low cost more than 24 bits of leds and LED display.
