a) All copy the web folder under the installation path to the tomcat webapps folder
b) start the server click on the folder tomcat bin folder under the file to start the server under tomcat6.exe
c) In the browser, enter the url address: http://127.0.0.1:8080/News

a) the default system administrator ADMIN password: ADMIN
