Description: This program uses more alternative means to achieve Base32 text encryption algorithm, and a sample program calls the function to achieve this algorithm, by e-mail address to generate 25-byte encryption software serial number.
This Programme set includes two projects. The former can be built as DLL, the later invokes a funcution expoted by the DLL.
