Description: EMD,originally programed by Rilling, is a core subroutine in the Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT). This subroutine attaches a detailed notes and references both in English and Chinese. It will greatly benefits the users on the principle of EMD. Furthermore,it will help the users and schoolers much more during the application and research of HHT.
