Description: With the aim of complementing the monitoring and control system of the tank，the lower machine: Control the HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging module and DS18B20 by means of the C52 microcontroller as the core, and measure the liquid level and temperature of the fluid tank respectively. The host computer: Program through the software of LabVIEW in the computer. Its main function: digital clock, simulation of level of the fluid tank, waveform, the alarm function of the level gauge, automatic and manual mode of controlling the level and data storage. After collecting the data of the level and temperature by single-chip, LabVIEW can choose which display in the panel. At the same time, send commands to the microcontroller to control opening or closing of the Inlet valve and outlet valve, and also can choose the automatic mode to control the liquid level. Compared to the traditional control system, it is more efficient and user-friendly, meanwhile, facilitates the management of staff.
