Description: This C source file is used for controling three UART/RS232 interfaces . These interfaces are implemented by Altera s SOPC module , assembled in a Statrix II FPGA chipest .
Each UART/RS232 interface was designed with capability of full duplex data trasfering , and working simultaneously
