Description: Design a cartoon map, the program is able to complete the following functions: (1) to reflect the use of pen and brush (2) use a different mapping mode to display the graphic design (3) in two mapping modes MM_ISOTROPIC and MM_ANISOTROPIC, adjust the conversion factor graphs can zoom in and out. (4) has horizontal and vertical scroll functions.
