Description: The basic idea behind cooperative communications is to establish reliable communication between the source and destination with the help of intermediate nodes, which help or aid communication between the source and destination. Besides the transmitter and the receiver as in a normal communication system, the intermediate nodes, called the relays, cooperatively communicate with each other to transmit the information.
