Software Requirements :-
1. Visual Basic 6.0.
2. SQl Server 7.0.
3. Operating System Windows 98.
4. Ms Office 2000 or above.
Installation Instructions :-
1. Install sql server on machine
2. Create database with name ccms
3. Run Microsoft Data Component in setup folder
4. execute script file named ccms_data_cre_popul.sql
5. double click on file setup in path
setup.exe
6. Run Project from Start:-Programs:->Call Center Management System
7. Password for master login

password : hotline
Password for user login
user name : dhiraj
password : dhiraj_hotline

password : chintan_tiger
