Description: In this paper，it mainly introduced the design process of the video
surveillance system which based WindowsCE5．0 on the ARM9 platform．
Selected the development board with Samsung$3C2440 processor as the
hardware platform．Used the usb．camera to capture the real-time image．Through
the video capture programs to achieve the real—time image preview,capture，
record in WINCE．
