Description: Using matlab GUI program to design a simple and practical image processing program. The program should have a common image processing capabilities to meet user. Programs are designed to have the following basic functions:
1) read and save the image.
2) design of graphical user interface, allowing users to be able to image any changes to adjust brightness and contrast, display, and transform images before and after contrast.
3) design of graphical user interface that enables users to use the mouse to select a region of interest image, display and save the selection area.
