Description: IAU standard basic astronomical library SOFA Fortran and C version gives two basic astronomical arithmetic library functions, the latest version of the SOFA supplement published in 2006 IAU precession model. SOFA consists of two parts: day library and vector, matrix arithmetic library. There are 109 sub-programs in which the former can be astronomical calendar calculations, calculation of time, ephemeris calculations NUTATION calculated stellar space motion calculation and conversion of major star catalog system, which has 52 sub-program, function is the vector sum a variety of matrix operations, of course, which includes the spherical coordinate system transformation
