Description: Determines bias voltage at switch on. Must be on-hook and snoop resistors disconnected.
Once bias is determined, snoop resistors may read the line voltage.
Relative changes in line voltage to bias are used to determine the line state.

CoreReset may be called to exit ADC mode and revert to normal modem operation.
