 Description: 120 degree control method are widely used in E-BIKE controller, this kind of control mode not only include the torque variation caused by phase change, but also include the torque variation caused by the step performance caused by the control theory itself. Traditional control methods of Blushless DC Motor include 120 degree control method and 180 degree control method, each of these two methods has special shortcomings according to the different motor type. Both of them can not overcome the torque variation that cause the mechanical noise, thus a new 180 degree control method of sinusoidal wave control method are introduce to get better performance.
