Description: 1. Open a picture first and then according to the order gray, binarization, gray stretching, license plate localization, binarization, tilt correction, character segmentation, neural network training, identification character. 2. Test img image is stored in the current directory. 3. The test set, the training set, the target vectors are stored in a text file under the img.
