Description: This paper described a light background in software development, some basic knowledge and theoretical framework for JAVA language program structure in software development under the foundation and JAVA language in an object-oriented software development under two aspects are described . Three aspects of the detailed basis for JAVA are discussed the origin, ideology and basic principles of programming languages as well as the characteristics of JAVA JAVA language. From classes, inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism object establishment and use, the interface and the thread of the second part of the structure of object-oriented part of the program has been described. Thus simple language for readers of JAVA language.
