Installation steps:
1 FTP upload
1.1 files, please cgi-bin directory ubbthreads5 to upload text
The web server s cgi-bin directory, and all the.Pl.Cgi file permissions to 755
1.2 of all the WWW directory ubbthreads5 directory is uploaded to the HTML web directory
1.3.Cgi.Pl modify all the first line of the file to the Perl directory
