Add several configuration parameters:
No_referrer: decide whether or not to record Referrer HTTP
Open_register: to decide whether to allow the new user registration
Freeze: frozen site
The increase of the server does not support UrlRewriting compatibility
If the installation program automatically detects the server supports UrlRewriting
Can JavaScript the output page to other sites
