Description: CHR.EXE converts ASCII codes to characters. After decompressing, run SETUP.BAT to install, and then it can be used in CMD.EXE and COMMAND.COM. SETUP.BAT puts the program in the system directory (C:\WINDOWS\system32), not virus.
