Description: Through MSCOMM to manage the lower machine that is SMT32 infrared emission tool,with the following functions:
1. serial port selection
2. get the remote control key received from lower machine
3. set the lower machine to send keys, such as random or repeated
Note: This tool should be used in conjunction with "infrared emission lower computer".
