Description: In turn, the row of three tuples of the transposed matrix A is exchanged and placed into the correct position of the three tuple table of the transposed matrix B. Need to consider both factors: one is the number of A matrix of nonzero elements in each column (i.e. number transpose matrix B in each row of non-zero elements); the second is the correct position of the matrix A in each column the first nonzero elements triple B in the correct position (i.e. matrix line of B the first nonzero element triples in B).
