Description: This macro calculates sag and phase data of a rotationally symmetric kinoform (Binary 2 surface) lens surface. Total sag of each radius iterated by user input, diffractive zone number, step size, corresponding zone radius and zone sag with inner radius and outer radius are found. Profile frequency (in waves/mm) which can be used as a manufacturing difficulty merit is also calculated.
