W3C published the latest draft of the HTML 5 in January 22nd. The HTML 5 working group includes AOL, Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Mozilla, Nokia, Opera, and hundreds of other developers. Some of the new features in HTML 5: embedded audio, video, picture functions, client data storage, and interactive documents. Other features include new page elements, such as <header>, <section>, <footer>, and <figure>.
HTML 5 improves interoperability and reduces development costs by formulating the exact rules on how to handle all HTML elements and how to recover from errors.
