Description: This program is downloaded from www.pudn.com, but one error led to recognition rate of less than 60%.
The original version of the extracted fingerprint center point after the image rotation is incorrect, and each extracted center point is at the edge of the image, resulting in the wrong FingerCode extracted later.
This modification keeps the center point before rotation consistent with the center point after rotation while reducing the computational complexity.
