Description: The most typical application of image reconstruction is computed tomography (CT) technique in medicine. It is used in the diagnosis of internal organs such as the head and abdomen, and the basic method is to reconstruct the cross-section image according to the projection of the human body. In the human body, the part that needs to be scanned takes out a certain thickness of the fault plane, and then divides the fault plane into many small squares. When a narrow beam of radiation passes through each square, the intensity has a certain degree of attenuation, and the amount of attenuation is determined by the molecular composition and organizational density of the square. If the process is repeated in various ways to obtain a series of intensity distribution curves, it is possible to calculate the attenuation of each square from these data. This allows the reconstruction of a fault or a three-dimensional image.
