Description: This design uses STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core, and designs a photovoltaic solar search controller. The design includes two parts: hardware design and software design.
The hardware design includes six parts: the smallest MCU system, the photoelectric detection module, the power module, the motor drive module, the LCD display module and the key module. The controller uses a dual axis photoelectric detection and tracking mode, which is calculated and controlled by MCU, and produces the signal used to control two stepping motors to control the rotation of the motor to achieve the day finding effect. Through button, operation mode can be changed, and manual control system operation. The system has functions of real-time display and keyboard scanning. The software adopts modular design method, which is mainly divided into four parts: main program, motor control program, AD subroutine and LCD display subroutine.
