Description: The design of the stepper motor control system based on OMRON PLC is introduced. The hardware composition and software design of the PLC control step motor electric control system are given, including the input and output wiring diagram of the programmable controller, the program design of the ladder diagram, the driving circuit of the stepping motor and the programmable sequence control. The function of the pulse distributor is realized by the programming software.
