Description: Matter-element analysis method was put forward by Chinese mathematician Cai Wen in 1980's. Applying matter-element method to establish multi-index evaluation model can establish visualization model for complex problems and quantify the evaluation results, so as to reflect the comprehensive level of things more completely and accurately.
