Description: 该程序实现了利用串口发送命令来控制下位机电机转速的监控界面。该界面利用MFC编写，开发环境为VS2008。界面上有一个转速示波器分别显示给定转速和实际转速。并且示波器大小和比例尺还会随着窗口的变化而变化。
其下位机程序为SCIControlTest_DSP-This program implements the control interface of moter speed via serial port. And the interface was programed with MFC in VS2008 environment. There is a speed oscillograph on the interface, so taht the actural speed can be obviously compared with the given one. And the size of the OSC is changeable in proportion with the size of the dialog.
