These set of programs are written to design a robust power system stabilizer for minimizing the effects of low frequency oscillations in electric power systems. A complete nonlinear model of the power system represented by a single machine connected to an infinite bus is developed in the Simulink environment. A fuzzy Power System Stabilizer is designed using the fuzzy logic toolbox of matlab and its parameters are tuned by a NEural Network controller.

ADVANCED FUZZY CONTROL OF THE TEMPERATURE IN THE TEST-The paper deals with a systematic approach to the control system design with a final goal to efficiently control some living conditions in a test chamber. The first step of each systematic approach is mathematical modelling. It was based on theoretical approach, which means that the model was developed on the basis of physical laws, energy equilibrium laws etc. The mathematical model was implemented in MATLAB Simulink environment as a simulator entitled KAMRA. The structure is modular, the robust numerical algorithms give accurate results and fast simulation runs. As simulator is implemented in MATLAB environment, it is very easy to implement arbitrary pre simulation and post simulation processing. The validation was made by real measurements as test chamber is equipped with all needed sensors. The use of solar energy, principally PV, for different applications, and mainly grid connected, is well suited to most of the rural areas due to the lack of electrification. In this paper we proposed a strategy for optimizing the performance of a grid-connected photovoltaic power system. For this, we opted for an MPPT control method based on the fuzzy logic controlled. The control and improving of the performance of a voltage source inverter for grid connected photovoltaic (PV) systems, we proposed to use a modern technique which is called Direct Power Control. Three examples of the reference paper, are implemented as Simulink models.
