Description: WINCE4.2/5.0下的NAND FLASH驱动,支持K9S1208小页面的512bytes/sector的，K9F1G08大页面的2048bytes/sector,已测试通过，该驱动能检测出那种芯片，自适应的访问相应的芯片，在FMD_Init()时会读取FLASH ID,根据ID来加载相应的访问接口，做到一份代码可以运行在64M,128M的NAND FLASH系统上，另我添加了识别K9F2G08/K9F4G08/K9K8G08和访问，但是因为没有相应的硬件不能得到验证，请有相应硬件的人使用这份驱动源码，告知测试结果，本源码免费使用，各位可自行修改并添加到自己的系统中，有什么bug,也可以联系我。
另外，SJF2440支持烧写1G08/2G08/4G08/8G08我只提供可执行文件，因为我是在三星的源码基础上修改来的，我没有权利发布这个源码，敬请原谅。
