根据官方公布的led移动范例改写。
原范例仅提供了源代码、烧写文件以及dos窗口下使用的烧写bat文件。

控件用途:用来模拟LED显示的控件.
由于某日一时兴起,加上论坛上的同志也恰好需要,便写了这个控件.
使用说明:
没有什么难用的地方,一般来说不用加入什么语句就可以使用,只是几个属性要说明一下:
Gap:各发光二极管间是否有间距.
GapColor:间距颜色,为了保持模拟的真实性,建议不要改变它.
GapWidth:间距大小.
LEDLeft:LED控件内部内容的左边距.
LEDTop:LED控件内部内容的上边距.
LEDSize:发光二极管的大小.
LEDString:LED控件显示的文本.
已知BUG:如果控件显示的内容不正常,就用控件的Refresh方法更新一下LED,或是随便改变它的属性就可以了.
还有,现在的版本的控件在控件的左上方可能会出现局部闪烁的现象,控件属性更新频率越高,闪烁越历害,但是可以通过改变LEDLeft和LEDTop属性来避开部分闪烁现象.
