Description: libjingle is a collection of open-source C++ code and sample applications that enables you to build a peer-to-peer application. The code handles creating a network connection (through NAT and firewall devices, relay servers, and proxies), negotiating session details (codecs, formats, etc.), and exchanging data. It also provides helper tasks such as parsing XML, and handling network proxies. You could build the following programs with libjingle:
* A multi-user voice chat application
* A multi-user video conferencing application
* A multi-user live music streaming application
* A peer-to-peer file sharing application

Description: Recently, IEEE 802.16j multi-hop relay network is proposed to increase data rate and coverage of the IEEE 802.16e networks. The Relay Station (RS) is introduced to relay the data from MR-BS to SS/MS or from SS/MS to MR-RS. We have studied the research area for a whole, and we proposed some improvements that could decrease the congestion opportunity of non-transparent RS using distributed scheduling. We have to modify the NIST WiMAX module which is implemented under the NS-2 in order to test the correctness of our proposed scheme. Subversion and Google-code-hosting are used to manage the project versions, thus we could be easy to modify the NIST module to support the functions of RS.

Description: In this paper, we first propose an optimum relay ordering algorithm for the multi-branch multi-hop cooperative diversity networks. This optimum algorithm has a high complexity that makes it hard to implement. Therefore, a suboptimum relay ordering algorithm, which considerably reduces the complexity, is then developed. Furthermore, for a cooperative network with two relays, we analytically evaluate the performance of the suboptimum algorithm by using an approximate end-toend signal-to-noise ratio expression. Specifically, an approximate probability of wrong selection and an approximate expression of the symbol error rate are derived. The analysis and the numerical results demonstrate that the suboptimum algorithm performs very well as the optimum one at a much lower complexity.
