3) 取ζi的小数部分再赋值给ζi＋1，这就是均匀分布白噪声；
4) 利用公式 η1=Serror×(–2*logζ1)0.5×cos(2pζ2) ＋Average
η2= Serror×(–2*logζ1)0.5×sin(2pζ2) +Average
计算得到均值和方差可任意调整的白噪声序列。式中 为均匀分布白噪声。
