the stability of mass block system is studied according to the root locus diagram and Bode graph of the mass block model of macro and micro system. By changing the parameters of the original model to observe the simulation results of the dynamics software, we get the error curve of the macro micro manipulator end, and conclude the influence of the structural parameters and physical parameters on the macro micro manipulator system.
