Description: According to TMS320C55XX series of DSP in the digital voice signal processing capabilities, this paper introduces a DSP with the use of such high-performance stereo audio decoder chip TLV320 AIC23 combining MP3 decoder system design. Experiments show that the system can successfully upload MP3 data streams and downloads, high quality MP3 decoder and playback.
